The finish studio

One chair, every shade of wood.

Water-based stains and contract lacquers, matched to your interior. Tap a shade — the chair takes the finish, from raw beech to smoked walnut.

Custom stains are matched to your sample, RAL or NCS reference — physical finish plates ship for approval before every production run.

Finish: Natural beech · matte
Wood & craft

Joined, not screwed — built to be kept.

A dining chair earns its keep over thousands of services. Ours are built the old way, tested the modern way.

8–12%

Kiln-dried timber

Beech, oak and walnut dried to 8–12% moisture and rested before machining — so joints stay tight in heated rooms.

Traditional joinery

Mortise-and-tenon frames, doweled backs and glued corner blocks under every seat — no screws where wood should hold wood.

150 kg

Load tested

Every model passes 150 kg static load with wobble and drag checks before it ships.

lacquer

Contract finishes

Water-based stains under scratch-resistant contract lacquers; painted and natural-wax options for special projects.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is your minimum order quantity for wooden chairs?

Our MOQ is 100 pieces per model and finish, and models mix freely inside one project — crossbacks for the terrace, bistro chairs for the hall and a folding line for events can share a container. Smaller top-up orders are welcome once your program is open.

Which wood species do you work with?

Kiln-dried beech is our workhorse; oak, walnut and ash run on request, with FSC-certified options available. Every board is dried to 8–12% moisture and rested before machining, so joints stay tight in heated dining rooms.

Can you match a custom stain or colour?

Yes. Send a sample, a RAL or NCS reference, or even a photo of the interior — we mix water-based stains and contract lacquers to match, and you approve physical finish plates before production. Painted finishes are available alongside transparent stains.

How durable are the chairs for restaurant use?

Every chair is joined, not screwed: mortise-and-tenon frames, doweled backs and a glued corner block under every seat. Models pass a 150 kg static load test with wobble and drag checks, wear contract-grade lacquer and ship with felt glides — and years later they can be re-sanded and refinished instead of replaced.

Do you make custom designs or OEM production?

Yes — custom and OEM work is a core line. Send drawings or a reference chair; we return counter-drawings, build one sample for sign-off and run the series under your label with your packaging. NDAs are standard and your models are never offered to other buyers.

Do you sell retail or single pieces?

No — we are a B2B manufacturer for restaurants, cafés, hotels, wedding venues, wholesalers and furniture brands. We do not retail single pieces, but a 100-piece single-venue project is very welcome.
